There is always a company in the world that is diligently looking for a talented new employee. This is also true in Denmark. Finding the right candidate has always been a real challenge for me. I work with companies in the Life Sciences sector (Pharma, Medical Devices, Animal and Human Health & Food) and international industrial production companies, both B2B and B2C. My focus is on Board and C-level, middle management, and specialists.
30 Years of International Experience
I have more than 30 years of experience in (Executive) Search, Specialist Search & Assessment, with an international background and many years of solid experience in the Danish and European recruitment markets. I am known as a professional business partner.

I recently started working as an Associated Partner for High Touch, primarily due to my strong connection with Wilko Grievink. His vision and approach align seamlessly with my own way of working. My experiences in agri, food, and FMCG are a great match for High Touch’s specific working method.
Experience Gained at a Respected Player
I would like to share the experience and knowledge I gained at various international search and recruitment companies, as well as at my own executive search company, Kluck Search. I began my career at Michael Page Netherlands, a respected player in the executive search market, with more than 40 years of experience in professional recruitment and selection worldwide.
A Good Foundation for the Future
Since 1994, I have been a Dutch resident in Denmark and am excited to continue my recruitment and search career with High Touch and some of the largest players in the Danish market. I am committed to continuous personal development, having obtained my bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and certifications in various test tools over the years (Master, SHL OPQ, Garuda, Hogrefe NEO PI-r, and DISC). Additionally, I have taken numerous courses in Interviewing, Coaching, Management Development, and Team Development. In Denmark, I work closely with Jill Repp, who would also like to introduce herself to you!
Jill Repp: Use My Experience in Your Executive Search
Hi, I’m Jill Repp, a true Dane, and I enjoy working with Els at High Touch, among other projects. Like Els, I have over 30 years of experience in Search & Assessment, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from CBS. I have further supplemented my education with courses in Supervision, Leadership, and Team Development.
For 12 years, I worked as a professional Recruiter/Headhunter at Cultivator Search & Assessment as a Senior Partner, and for the past 14 years, I’ve been the Managing Partner at SearchKompagniet.
Broad Experience
My focus has always been on Search & Assessment, both at the tactical and strategic levels. I have extensive experience with recruitment processes for boards, individual and team development, career guidance, and providing strategic and tactical support to managers. Additionally, I have gained significant experience in outplacement processes. I am certified in various testing tools, including Master, SHL, DISC, and Belbin.

Our introduction to Wilko Grievink felt like a warm bath. He does exactly what Els and I find so important in our work: putting personal contact first and going the extra mile to create the best possible matches. For High Touch, we are now also focusing on building strong, empathetic relationships. We offer customized interactions with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
